Notice of Preparation of a Draft Program EIR
City staff released a Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the General Plan EIR on April 22, 2010. A NOP is a document stating that an EIR will be prepared for a particular project. The project in this case is the General Plan Update. Adams St Visioning Process Completed
The City Council received the Final Design Portfolio for the Adams St Visioning Process at their meeting on May 26. The document includes a vision statement, design recommendations and land use plan that will be utilized in future development efforts for this parcel.
